Aluminum profile extrusion tooling use, repair and nitride

(9) of the new mold of the old products, bar mold, pipe mold test mold may, without direct nitriding; new products and complex mode shapes must be qualified by the test mode only after nitriding;

(10) after passing the test mode the new mode, up to 10 ingot extrusion machine should be unloading nitrogen treatment, to avoid working out with a groove; not too much between the two nitrogen production, the general level model 60 ~ 100 spindles, split mold 40 to 80 spindles is appropriate, too much nitride layer will pull through.

(11) after use of the mold polishing, oiling one library custody.
